Joseph Verdirame
Joseph Verdirame is a Principal at The ICU and responsible for the operational direction of the company. Joseph is also the Co-Founder and COO of 303 Network, Inc. and is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the corporation.
Prior to The ICU and 303 Network, Inc., Joseph founded JNV Advisors in 2002, a firm that specialized in the acquisition, management, and turn-around of businesses in the entertainment, retail, real estate, and wholesale distribution sectors. In this capacity, Joseph was responsible for identifying and valuing business opportunities, acquiring distressed assets, and restructuring and operating those acquired assets profitably. Joseph also provided strategic consulting services for companies ranging in size from start-ups to large private corporations.
Prior to starting JNV Advisors, Joseph spent 7 years as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. During his tenure he worked both domestically and internationally in various product and industry groups, including Acquisition Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Syndicated Finance, Media & Telecom, and Healthcare. Joseph assisted in the origination, underwriting, and syndication of multi-million dollar bank loans, played a leading role in execution of complex M&A transactions including strategic, tactical, and valuation-related advisory services, and led and participated in various international transactions, including analysis of refinancing and restructuring of debt obligations, during residences in Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Joseph graduated from Emory University where the he received a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and served as President of the Goizueta Business School.
